I am Argentinian and Spanish, third son of Spanish immigrant parents, father of a family. With Silvia, my life partner, we have been together for 28 years and we have 4 children.

I graduated as a Public Accountant at UCA, obtained an MBA at IDEA, and postgraduate courses in Management Development, Senior Management and Finance at IAE. I have taken courses on Family Businesses and Boards of Directors at IAE.
I currently collaborate as an External Director in family businesses in the construction industry, mass consumption and retail, and as an Advisor to CEO's in their operational management and business families. As professional experience, I have worked as CEO in construction, mass consumption and retail companies for 11 years and 20 years as an executive in the financial industry.

My passions are my family, my friends, learning from others, studying, playing sports and travelling.

My purpose in life is to facilitate spaces for personal, professional and spiritual evolution of people who can influence and generate better habits that contribute to individual and collective wellbeing.

I am a computer technician and systems analyst; Bachelor in Advertising; Professional Ontological Coach; Master in Strategic Management from the European University of the Atlantic and PhD in Business and Social Sciences at UCES. Additionally, I have been trained in disciplines such as Neuroleadership, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Corporate Social Responsibility, Team Building, Management Leadership, Planning, Analysis and Market Research and Customer Experience, among other areas of business and human endeavour.

Throughout more than 35 years in the working and professional world, I have consolidated a wide expertise in Strategic - Tactical Management and General Management. Over the years, passion, study, experience and vocation I have become a specialist in Business Development. I have learnt and put into practice effective Communication, Leadership, Coaching and Professional Mentoring skills.

During 20 years I have worked in local and multinational companies in commercial areas in the mass consumption industry and as CEO in the last 10 years in the technology, market research and information industry. I have also ventured as an entrepreneur in projects that have been successful in the areas of soft and hard sales, accession to payment methods, marketing of alcoholic beverages.

I like to work passionately and professionally, serving others with my work, understanding that the personal and social dimensions are important areas to be cared for, therefore, I dedicate time and energy to my family, friends, groups of belonging, sports, recreational activities, travel and spiritual development.
